WHY ME?
Today I have complete food freedom, I can really enjoying eating whatever I want, whenever I want without guilt or fear of putting on weight or not being able to stop.
However, for over 3 decades I secretly struggled to control my weight and eating. I tried and failed at every fad diet inside I was deeply unhappy (and hid it well). At times, thoughts of food became the whole focus of my life and distracted me from the things that truly mattered to me including my family. It negatively affected my focus at work, my relationships, and my health.
I despised myself for being weak and lacking the willpower to break the cycle.
But now I understand the root cause of this behaviour and it has nothing to do with food or willpower. I have deeply studied the psychology of over-eating for over a decade. I wish I’d known sooner.
Through my journey and extensive study, I have discovered effective strategies to break free from the trap of emotional and compulsive eating. Alongside a BSc(Hons), I am a highly experienced, fully Certified Holistic Life Coach (CHLC), Advanced Holistic Lifestyle & Nutrition( ACHLN), Functional Nutrition (CPD) and Mind-Body Practitioner (MBP). I also am a certified hypnotherapist. I have the knowledge and tools to help you achieve results quicker and easier than you ever thought possible.

Why has it taken me so long to launch it? Firstly it’s the shame. I didn’t have the courage to publicly admit my own weakness. No one knew. It was my dirty little secret. My life and body were a complete lie. What would people close to me think me?
