    1. You don’t know how many bulimia sufferers there are in your workplace - it is believed fewer than 10% of sufferers ever tell anyone else about their problem. Many of them desperate for help but it’s easier to lie to yourself and others, than to admit you’ve actually got a problem you’re not able to solve yourself.

    • Today I am 100% recovered and am living the best years of my life.

      What no one ever knew was I had lived and suffered from bingeing and bulimia for over 3 decades. On the outside a high performer, apparently leading a perfect life. On the inside I was miserable. Too ashamed of not being in control to ask for help. Every spare minute of my day was consumed with obsessive thoughts of food, either consuming or avoiding it. I lost teeth and damaged my skin and immune system. I was discusted in myself for being weak and lacking willpower. What I didn’t know is that the behaviour met and unmet need and was driven by the subconscious. A much more powerful force than conscious willpower. I knew others were suffering the same way and none of us spoke to anyone. I now perform at a much higher level, I’m so much clearer and focussed after receiving only 6 hours of specialist help.
